Caprock RV Park offers a calm place to stay and enjoy the region. We pride ourselves on providing a peaceful, clean environment where you can unwind after a day of exploring the area. Plus, our location is just a short walk to and from the local attractions you’re in Glendive to explore.

Our RV Park includes:

  • 6 spacious RV sites (25’ x 60’ each)
  • 5 pull-through spaces
  • All spaces come with 20, 30, or 50 amp electrical hookups
  • Picnic Areas
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • City water + sewer connections
  • Each site is equipped with underground sprinklers
  • Pets are welcome (up to 2 per site), and we provide doggie bags for your convenience.

Cozy Caprock Cabin

Or stay in the Cozy Caprock Cabin

This eco-friendly cabin is located only 1-mile from the base of Makoshika State Park.
This cozy cabin measures 12’ x 33’ and has an outdoor porch area. Sleeps 4 people.

RV Park Rules

REGISTRATION AND RENT

  • Rent must be paid in advance. You will register when you arrive at the park. We accept cash, money orders, personal checks with proper ID and Venmo (Caprockstorage). At this time, we do not accept debit or credit cards.
  • Check out time is 11 AM. If you need to depart later than 11 AM, contact us.

VISITORS

  • Visitors are always welcome as long as they comply with these rules.

AT YOUR CAMPSITE

  • Be considerate of others. This includes no loud music.
  • Only one RV allowed per campsite.
  • Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and put in the dumpster. There is no trash pickup at your site.
  • All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “donut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.
  • No clotheslines.
  • Do not wash autos or RVs with a hose at your site.
  • “Quiet” time is between 10 PM and 7 AM.
  • Generators are not permitted.
  • With the exception of minor vehicle or RV repair, such things like oil changes are not allowed.
  • Open fires or “fire pits” are not permitted.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage to Park property, intentional or accidental. Willful damage or defacing of Park property will be cause for prosecution. If there are problems or damages at your site, please inform Park management immediately.

PETS

  • Up to 2 pets are allowed per site.
  • Pets must be on a handheld leash anytime they are outside. (No “tied off” chains or ropes.)
  • Please clean up after your pet and dispose of it properly (bagged and in the dumpster). Plastic bags are provided by Park management.

DRIVING AND PARKING

  • Drive at safe speeds and watch for children and pets, especially while backing into a space.
  • Park in your own area or assigned space. Do not park in open spaces without management approval.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Absolutely no use of firearms, explosives, drugs, or fireworks in the park.
  • Tent camping or sleeping in cars is not permitted.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There are no refunds!
